Telco Plus Credit Union collects nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
  • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
  • Information about your transactions with us or others; and
  • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency
      We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf with whom we have a joint marketing agreement or as permitted by law. We may disclose the following information to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf with whom we have a joint marketing agreement:      
  • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms
  • Information about your transactions with us or others; and
  • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency

These companies must provide Telco Plus Credit Union with a statement of confidentiality that states your information will not be used, except for the marketing efforts of Telco Plus Credit Union.

  If you decide to terminate your membership or become an inactive member, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.   

 Telco Plus Credit Union restricts access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Notice to Members Regarding Complaint

This credit union is incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas and under state law is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Credit Union Department. Any member wishing to file a complaint against the credit union should contact the Texas Credit Union Department through one of the means indicated below:
