To receive the Rewards Rate and refund of foreign ATM fees, the following monthly requirements must be met: 1. Complete at least one of the following: direct deposit, automatic payment or Free2Pay transaction. 2. Have at least 10 signature-based debit card merchant transactions post to your account before the end of the statement cycle. ATM transactions do not count as merchant transactions. 3.
