Enrollment Instructions:
We also highly recommend that you download our mobile app or enroll in Online Banking. Your login will be your CASE account number, with “22” added at the front. After you set up your security questions and log in, please remember to change your username to something other than a sequence of numbers. When creating your password, it should be at least 8 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.

You can visit any of the Telco Plus locations for assistance; we have two locations in Tyler, as well as one each in Kilgore and Longview.
