Phones Down in Tyler – AT&T is currently working hard to restore the phone service for the Tyler Branch. For access you can: email the Tyler office at, live chat through the website, use secure email through online banking, visit them through the drive-thru, or by calling Longview to be transferred 903-753-5588.

New ATMS – The Tyler branch will have a new ATM installed on Tuesday, July 7th and the Longview office on Wednesday, July 8th. Please use the drive thru those days for cash, the install is projected to take 8 hours.

BRANCH OPERATING PROCEDURES: Lobbies are open with limitations! Please call to make an appointment for member services and the loan department. We are still encouraging teller transactions for the drive-thru. Masks are required for lobby transactions with member services, loans, and tellers. There is a door greeter helping with the flow of traffic and limiting how many people are in the building at one time. If you are at high risk due to health or pregnancy, we encourage you to call and schedule a morning appointment.

SHARED BRANCHING SERVICES - Shared Branch services are by appointment only! You will need to call Longview 903-753-5588 or Tyler 903-597-4321 to make an appointment.

Scams – The newest scams are trying to use the confusion and fear of the recent events to steal your money or identity. During desperate times it’s easier to fall for scams. If you are not sure about an offer, call, or text, please call us to confirm. We are here to help!

  • The stimulus checks are not ready. Do not accept checks to cash! The government is direct depositing money first and then checks.
  • The IRS will not contact you for your account information. They are working on setting up a portal to enter new account information. Otherwise they will use the account information from income tax refunds.
  • Never cash or deposits checks, to give someone else cash back!
  • Don't donate to unknown charities.
  • Be careful opening emails and attachments!
  • Don't give out personal information, especially in emails and to people who CALL YOU. Always look up numbers, don’t use phone numbers provided.

Saturday Schedule
Telco Plus CU is open the following Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm and drive-thru closes at 1:30 pm, at the main branch only. Services include loans, teller transactions for drive thru and lobby, member services, and Shared Branch services. All loan applications need to be submitted 30 minutes prior to closing and mortgages are by appointment only on Saturdays. Please call us if you have any questions regarding Saturday services.
